I'm still only able to play for a minute at a time before the whole thing crashes.

According to Instagram there should be a new code THISISHALLOWEEN for a Nightmare Before Christmas chest. Entering the code tho either gives me the message "code usage limit has been reached" or "code has expired". Anyone else having the same problem?

Quick background, I started the game 3 years ago, played for a little bit, unlocked the 2nd expansion land and then stopped playing, recently started playing again, unlocked 2nd expansion and Star wars - I've got a quest ' the enemy in midst' I think Buzz lightyear quest, it's been there for ages and Everytime I click on it, a popup comes up in the characters basically saying I crnt do it ... Buzz, Woody and Jessie are lv 8, all other characters including Rex are lv 6. I've seen the Zurg mini clip come up where he comes down through the ride, but that's it 🤷🏻‍♂️ I've done most Cinderalla quests, but want to welcome Gus now, I'm really stuck on how to progress with the game now, I crnt email support because when I click on it, I wants to choose US suppliers for networks or something, I'm in the UK and don't know how to get around that.... Can anyone help me, feel like just leaving the game again

I’m sorry, first pin event, time getting short, had already dropped 7 bucks buying one pin and was bracing to have to buy another tomorrow to close it out when I got a pin box as a reward in the Adventures and… RLG gods smiled and I got my missing pin.

So surprised and excited, forgot to screenshot. But just so happy.

Is anyone else having problems with their energy (not) regenerating?

When I last played this morning I had 6 energy left. Didn't play for nearly 5 hours and when I came back my energy had gone up to 11. I'm pretty sure we're supposed to get one energy per 3.5 minutes, not one every hour 😅. I had the same thing happen two days ago.

Is this a known issue or only a problem on my end?

Is anyone having trouble interacting with stuff in the adventure? Every time I try clearing something, it doesn't give me the prompt to spend energy
