Hi all today i got the manual offer from Virtusa hr and not the system generated .
She said member from onsite has to approve but she said no worries because they have all the approvals on email
Whats going on i dont understand like why im not getting the system generated offer and my status on portal is still interview although they have added me on their onboarding portal and i have submitted documents also for bgv

Any idea?

Hi all I gave accenture interview last week and submitted my docs .Status was imterview completed . The day i uploaded all the docs i got link for assessment again and hr called me next day in the morning that i have cleared all the interviews and my interviews are still valid and he said audit has failed for my assessment .
Also i gave re assessment but i didnt pass any test case this time
What do you guys think
Will i get offer what should i do
