Cork city council awards.
Just been looking at the lord mayor's civic and community award online and I was wondering why do some councillors where red robes and others just wear normal clothes??does it depend on how long you have been a elected councilor?

hi everyone.
so 1 yr ago today I had a subtalar fusion on my left foot and as anyone knows its a long road back to even get active again.
so basically I have 3 pins/screws in my foot and my issues now are that the shoes I used to wear are no longer suitable (asics) as I find them to hard on my sole area where one of the pins/screws were inserted so what I'm looking for is advice on suitable footware or insoles that will cushion the impact of when I walk as it is causing me a lot of discomfort while is slowing down my recovery on advice or suggestions would be great. tnks in advance.
good morning everyone have a great day and a safe weekend
