ANDRE #A5790781 is very urgent at the Carson shelter CA. He and his brother are just a year old and they were surrendered because the family couldn’t afford them. Andre weighs 42 pounds and Roscoe weighs 36 pounds.

Andre is totally out of time and can be euthanized at any moment
