Dropped my Whoop age from 2 years older to 5 years younger in 7 months - only changed one thing

7 months ago, my Whoop biological age was showing 2 years older than my actual age, which was depressing. I decided to commit to working out 5 days a week and nothing else — didn’t change diet drastically or anything major.

After 7 months of consistent workouts, my Whoop age is now showing 5 years younger than my actual age. That’s a total swing of ~7.5 years just from adding regular exercise to my life.

If you’re thinking about starting a workout routine, this is proof it actually works and Whoop tracks the difference.

Worth sharing in case anyone else is motivated by seeing these kinds of real results.

Is 85% blood oxygen concerning? How reliable is Whoop for this?

This morning when I woke up, my Whoop was showing 85% blood oxygen in yellow status. I slept for more than 7 hours and actually had a really good night of sleep overall. I’m wondering if I should be concerned about this 85% reading or if Whoop is just being overly cautious. I feel completely fine physically — no shortness of breath or dizziness at all. How reliable is Whoop’s blood oxygen measurement? Should I take this seriously or is this a false alarm? Any insights from the community would help.

Own a ROG Ally running Bazzite and planning to buy a Steam Deck OLED - worth it or a downgrade?

I’m currently on a ROG Ally (Z1 Extreme) running Bazzite and absolutely loving it. My entire library is configured and working perfectly.

My only issue is battery life — getting around 1–1.5 hours on demanding games and want that extra 30–60 minutes of comfortable handheld gaming.

I looked into the Steam Deck OLED but in India it’s only available at ₹85,000 to ₹1,00,000 which is honestly painful. And on top of that I’d be losing 1080p display and the more powerful Z1 Extreme APU.

So is it even worth it just for better battery?

I play mostly single player story games and game 2–3 times a week. Would love opinions especially from India folks and anyone who’s switched between these two devices! 🎮

Hi all,

I’m considering booking a flat in Mahendra Arto Helix, Electronic City, and wanted some quick advice. I have two options — **1350 sqft around ₹1.5 Cr** and **1565 sqft around ₹1.7 Cr**. I liked the project because the floor plans are practical, the design looks unique, and since there are only two towers, it feels less crowded with good ventilation and sunlight.

I’m familiar with the area and have seen good development nearby, so trying to understand if this pricing looks fair and which size makes more sense in terms of long-term value and resale. Would appreciate honest feedback from anyone who has evaluated or booked here.

Or should I look something else like tier 1 in this price range?

Hi everyone,

I got a deal buy a 2BHK flat of around 1070 sqft in Electronic City Phase-1 (GM Infinite Phase-2 area) and wanted some honest opinions in case I finalize. The quoted price is around ₹60 lakh, and the flat is on the 1st floor. The apartment itself is about 7–8 years old, so it’s not brand new but also not old too.

Another factor influencing my decision is the future development around the area. There is a mall project (KGF Mall) under construction nearby, and a Prestige project is also coming up close to the society. Because of these developments, I feel the locality might see better growth and demand in the coming years.

Given all this — a 7–8 year old apartment, 1070 sqft 2BHK at ₹60 lakh, decent maintenance and upcoming developments in the area — does this sound like a good deal from an investment and long-term living perspective? Also, are there any risks I should specifically watch out for when buying a mid-age apartment like this?

Would really appreciate insights from people familiar with Electronic City or similar projects.
