Does anyone know why Best Buy removed their logo from the headquarters in Richfield?

Does anyone know if the Southdale AMC shows movies in film still? I know The Invite was shot entirely in 35MM, and I was wondering if I went to see it at AMC Southdale, would I just see a digital scan, or an actual film projection?

I am aware that IMAX used to lease the theater space at the Minnesota Zoo, and it closed because the lease ran out and IMAX did not choose to renew. However, would it be possible for a theater company such as AMC, Marcus, Emagine, etc to lease and run the theater space. I just wonder if this is a possibility to bring IMAX 70MM back to the Twin Cities, and these theater companies can benefit from being able to state they run one of the few IMAX 70MM theaters in the world. They also have access to more resources to run such a theater such as skilled projectionists. Something I am aware hold back the Zoo from ever running the theaters themselves.

Does anyone have any experience living at or know anybody who lived at Marbella on Dean (Formerly Lake Calhoun Flats) by Bde Maka Ska? I wanted to get some first hand insight into the building before signing there.
