Hello, I am having nothing but issues with the last update. How can I put back the version before this one? Thanks in advance

Update. So I finally got a hold of somebody at Nvidia Shield to help me out. And by using the Google voice command I was able to bring up the Play Store and reinstall productivity launcher and once I did that everything worked well in the way of my home screen. And someone was kind enough to give me the code for downloader to find the last version and I just ended up putting the last version back on so everything's back up and running. Thanks to everyone who answered my question everything was a lot of help.

Good day everyone, I have been on odsp for 5 or 6 years now. In the past when I have handed in my km and parking receipts to my worker it would be processed and money in the bank within 4 business days. Now the office has moved to having a team of people with your case file as apposed to having only one person to deal with. Since this change it has been 2 weeks and still no reimbursement. Is this normal?
