Hi, i just want to know ky eithad airways medical reasons pr charges waiver off nahi karty?? Last month my parents booked flight to Manchester with eithad but suddenly my father got hospitalised and doctors advised him to bedrest. Know he’s all better Alhamdulilah and doctors said he can travel. I send airlines each n every report medical report, hospital records everything and still they denied to cancel the wavier. I just talk to their representative and he said that you have to pay all the extra charges doesn’t matter he wasn’t able to travel.
Is there anyway to waive off those charges? Or to get a refund?
