Sharpness, professional honing Advice

I recently made the switch from DE to straights and have reached the point where I can successfully do full face and neck shaves with no cuts or nicks. This is after about 3 weeks every other day shaves and swapping razor each shave. I have two straights in use right now, 1 is a royal blue 5/8 I restored and one is a ERN crown and sword 11/16? I acquired both of these cheaply and sent them to get honed by a recommended honemeister listed in this sub. From the start I felt as if the blades were not as sharp as they should be as they really tugged hard on my chin area. I chalked it up to technique and powered through. It has improves some but I feel as if it’s still just not quite where it should be and there is better/smoother shaves to be had. I have no knowledge or honing experience myself and I know the progression was a 1,5,10 on a Naniwa chosera then stropped. I know different finishes provide different things I have a goldege and a king cutter I want to send off but as they are in perfect condition I want them done nicely and providing the smoothest shave. Sorry for the novel just trying to expand my knowledge. Thank you in advance

Travel SOTD 3rd with a straight

Travel shave of the day, and 3rd with a straight razor.
Big learning curve with the straight but enjoying it throughly, even with the couple nicks.

Pre: Face wash and Hot Towel
Soap: Noble Otter BarrBarr
Razor: ERN Crown & Sword
Brush: TRC synthetic
Post : Thayers milky toner and OG Pinaud

Advice

I have these juniper? Trees in my front yard and I’m looking at optimizing their curb appeal and overall health. Looking to do some sort of ground cover underneath as well.
