Trip to Utah and Arizona National parks

I am planning a trip to visit few national parks in Utah and Arizona from Vegas in the 1st week of October over 5 days.

I have these 2 options:

------------------Option 1 ---------------- (Clockwise Vegas - Bryce canyon - Zion canyon -Page - Grand canyon - Vegas)

Day 1 - Vegas to Bryce, visit Bryce Amphitheater, Queen's garden/Navajo loop

Day 2 - Bryce to Zion, Scout Overlook and Canyon overlook( if time permits)

Day 3 - Narrows in Zion and travel to Page, Horseshoe bend

Day 4 - Lower Antelope canyon in the morning and travel to Grand canyon south rim, cover main points

Day 5 - Grand canyon to Vegas

----------------Option 2--------------- (Anti-clockwise: Vegas - Grand canyon - Page - Bryce - Zion - Vegas )

Day 1 - Vegas to Grand canyon south rim, cover main points

Day 2 - Travel to page , visit lower antelope canyon and horseshoe bend, travel to bryce canyon

Day 3 - Visit Bryce Amphitheater, Queen's garden/Navajo loop and travel to Zion

Day 4 - Narrows in the morning and Scout overlook post lunch.

Day 5 - Zion to Vegas.

I need to return to Vegas by 1-2pm on Day 5 so i have to start early.

Out of the 2 options, Option 1 gives me more time in Zion.

Option 2 gives me one full day in Zion without any travelling except my stay to Shuttle start point.

I know Day 1 in both the options have lot of travel time but can it be manageable since we are 2 drivers?

Day 4 in both options have lot of activities but are those manageable?

I am more inclined towards option 2.

Please feel free to suggest any changes or modification.

Itinerary check: Zion -> Bryce -> Antelope -> Grand canyon

Planning a trip to visit Vegas and few beautiful nearby NP in the 1st week of October.

We are a young couple fit enough but not regular hikers. Here is our tentative itinerary.

Day 1 and 2: Vegas Strip and nearby tourist spots along with some shows in the night

Day 3: Zion - Scout lookout and Angels Landing (If i get permit)

Day 4: Zion - Hike Narrows for 2-3 hrs from Riverside walk and travel to Bryce in evening.

Day 5: Bryce - Amphitheater, Queen's garden/Navajo loop, Bryce point, scenic drive and travel to Page.

Day 6: Lower Antelope canyon and Horseshoe band in the morning, proceed to Grand canyon south rim and hike 1-2 points

Day 7: Grand canyon few points (haven't done much research yet) and travel back to vegas by night. Trip ends.

Any suggestions/modifications in this plan?

Is it doable in 5 days if i stay at Zion, Bryce, Page and Grand canyon 1 day each and return back on 5th Evening to Vegas. We love road trips.

What are must visit points apart from highlighted above.

Best month to visit Vegas

Hi, i have been planning for a first Vegas trip with my wife this year.

I know October is the best month by weather wise but since last couple of years, F1 has disrupted Vegas strip from Sep-Dec.

Earlier i was planning for Mid October but there will be lot of mess construction happening around strip at that time.

Should i plan my visit in mid or end of September so that i don't have to deal with F1 construction and i get to enjoy full strip experience and Vegas night life.

Vegas in October end vs Thanksgiving week

I am planning Vegas trip for the first time and need to choose either October end or Thanksgiving week.

I know October would be the best season but is the Thanksgiving week really bad time to visit Vegas because of F1?

I also wanted to cover few nearby places and national park in Arizona and Utah during this trip.

Also need suggestion on how many days i need for this trip if i am planning to visit best known national parks Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe bend, Zion, Bryce Canyon along with Vegas Strip.
