Looking to buy my first pop up!

After months of searching, this 2010 Coleman Niagara might be the one I plunk my hard-earned savings on. Does anyone have this particular pop up and would be willing to share the good, bad & ugly?

Would be towing with a 2023 Silverado 1500 w/trailering package, most of the camping I do is in the Ozarks -lots of hills and windy back roads to get to campsites. Any advice on the towability of a larger pop up like this with a 1/2 ton truck? What are must haves? Wastes of money?

I've never owned a camper before, is this one a fit woman in her early 40s could manage solo?

Gimme all the tips, tricks and advice please!
