Hi. I am 27 F, 90kg, 5’ 4”, I have been over weight all my life and I recently decided to join the gym. My goal is fat loss. I have not taken personal training. I am utterly clueless about what to do at the gym after I finish my 40min cardio regimen. I have no prior strength training experience. I want to work out 4-5 days a week. I try to eat high protein and moderate carbs and low fat somewhere around (115gP 150gC 50gF). I also feel intimidated to use any machines at the gym because I am so clueless, YouTube doesn’t really feel right to use for my workout regimen. Any advice or plan would help greatly. Thank you 🙏🏻
