Which holy relics 100% needed?

Which HR are the absolute best and are needed to be crafted. I suppose there are some relics that makes farming a lot faster and easier

I would want an advice

I would want a little help regarding my account. Right now I think my main priority should be S3 Yuta since I have problems with Yellow Taijutsu. The new units from 2.5 Anniversary looks good,but I am not sure who I need from them...or even if someone is needed. Who would you advice me to get?
