Husband finally found one of his collecting Holy Grails (not pictured: full set of pedals)! STEEL BATALLION

Bought from a local game store. Box included, but missing the Field Manual and one switch is broken off. Everything else works perfectly! He is absolutely thrilled.

My husband is at his first Buhurt training today. He is having a blast, but he recognizes he needs to begin regular training. I'm trying to find a good workout routine for him to follow, and I've seen a lot of folks recommending Sam Wrides' "Get Deadly" and "Stay Deadly" programs. Would these be a good starting point for conditioning for this sport?

He is 6', 204lbs. We are dog trainers by trade so he stays pretty active, but he hasn't done a true workout routine/training regimen in years. Not sure if he can just jump in with these programs, or if it would be better to start elsewhere. Thoughts?

Thank you in advance!
