Costco Romas - where would you trim and how deep would you plan ?

Wondering if I should trim the bottom couple of leaves and bury the plant deeper. Also wonder if people here think I should pluck suckers or keep them. I'll probably keep a few main branches since these will just turn into a bush in my garden.
