Career change into commercial insurance
Hey guys, I am a 23M looking to learn more about working in commercial insurance. I currently working a retail bank and I hate it. Low pay, low career growth. My questions for you guys would be:
Would you look back and consider this to be a good career for someone looking to build a long career?
I know being a broker has it sales side. How stable is this job as a broker? Are you constantly under stress of finding new clients?
Insurance, from my research, is a massive industry. How competitive are these roles, and how attainable is it to get promotions?
What entry level roles should I search up to get a starting role in this industry?
Thanks guys, any advice is appreciated.
