I purchased the above washer brand new. It will not progress to the wash cycle. I have tried it with and without clothes, different settings, etc. Every time I start a cycle, it will start sensing, water will trickle onto the clothes, basket will rotate every few seconds. This will go on for a few minutes. Then it will drain and not go onto wash.

I am on my 2nd unit (returned the 1st). Am I doing something wrong?

Update: It will progress on a warm water cycle.

First time being involved in a class action like this. Final approval was held on June 22. Does anyone know what happens now? How long until payment? Appreciate yalls insight.
