Training Bag

I just got to orange belt a few days ago, next belt I get will make me eligible to start sparring. Looking for a good bag to practice at home.

Looking for something more realistic to an opponent which is why I’m heavily leaning towards a Century BOB but there two versions and I’m not sure which to go for.

I heard for taekwondo the XL is better since it has a slightly longer torso/quads making it better for missed kicks. It’s slightly more expensive and harder to find cheap and lightly used on places like marketplace.

The original is a lot more common market wise making it cheaper but worried about the smaller size since I will just be starting sparring and practicing a wide variety of new kicks/techniques.

23YO Male, started taekwondo a little over 2 months ago. Heavy background in competitive sports (football, baseball, basketball, soccer, T&F, volleyball, golf, etc). Any advice is also appreciated!

Shoes for Work/Clinical

Hello! I am looking to get some comfortable shoes for clinical. Lots of standing, walking, and some light exercise demonstration.

Got thrown these at me as recommendations and can’t decide between the two! I would say I have a fairly normal gait with normal/low arch.

I have read good and bad things about both pairs making the decision tougher.

Clifton 11 or Bondi 9?

I work in the Physical Therapy field and i’m on my feet 90% of the time. Looking for some real shoes compared to my nike revolution 8s.

I was pointed towards these two Hokas (along with Brooks Glycerin Max 2 White) and having a hard time deciding. Besides being on my feet all day I also tend to demonstrate light exercises (doesn’t exactly influence my decision).

Any recommendations on what I should point to and sizing? normally a 10M in every other shoe!

Edit:

Now torn between the Bondi 9 ($150 w/ ID.me discount) and the Brooks Glycerin Max 2 ($200) but leaning more towards the Hokas. Heard good and bad things about both.
