ITV has commentary on Youtube highlights, but didn't broadcast the game live

Here's what seems like an odd one but maybe has a simple answer.

England vs Dr Congo was on BBC. However the ITV youtube channel has highlights with commentary. I have several questions:

Did ITV commentate the whole game even though no one was watching?

Did ITV just commentate the highlights for the youtube highlights?

Was this commentary live, or done in post?

Was the commentator live at the stadium like the bbc were?

Sony Smart TV itx live tv not working

My location is entered when I login to the app on my tv. The location is logged through my account, and also within the itvx settings directly on the tv app. But the LIVETV option never appears. It works on my phone with the same account, but not on the tv.

I can chromecast it from my phone but then it appears low frame rate. any ideas?

UPDATE: brick behind plasterboard giving trouble

Thanks to everyone who gave advice. This ranged from filling in plasterboard, using a multitool, painting, and finally using a plug.'

I'm sure this wont be up to a lot of DIYers standards but for my first ever project i'm just pleased it is useable.

I used an 8mm drill bit and it went through the brick so much easier. I think my 6mm drill bit was blunt.

I then followed the advice to push a brown plug in as deep as the screw I had.

Now i'm off to the pub.

Brick behind plasterboard. How to secure shelf?

Edit: thanks everyone who helped. I drilled into the brick with a new drillbit, and then pushed a brown plug into the brick.

I am attempting to install a desk. Two sides of this project are going fine, but the third side has what feels like brick behind the plasterboard. I have tried drilling into it using a masonry drill bit, and these big screws, but the screws didnt screw into the brick.

There isnt enough space between the plasterboard and the brick to fit a plug or a hollow wall anchor. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you
