Hi everyone, I'm trying to identify what may have caused 2 painful bites on my lower leg and ankle (and one on my back that isn't painful). I usually swell up like this with mosquito bites but one but is developing a blister/pustule. I noticed it yesterday evening, and it was slightly itchy, so I put Benadryl anti itch cream on it. By the next morning, it was still just a bit itchy. However, this evening, it's a little bigger and one has a pustule. It hurts when I stand up because all the blood flows down to the sites, and my muscles flex, causing pressure against the bites. Might be a long shot, but would anyone have an idea what may have bitten me? Pictures attached, please ignore the shininess, that's just cream. Located in California, Sacramento area.
