Mostly out of curiousity: I've been seeing rental listing for basement units (usually pretty small) from the newer houses in Kentmount Terrace going for $1800 POU.

I understand it is mostly because of the massive mortgage payments on them, but are people able to afford that at this point?

Just a few years ago, you could get an entire above ground unit for around the same price.

Not sure if I am asking in the right subreddit; do we have any other options aside from Telus Health for medical exam? I notice the entire list from IRCC for St. John's area is just them. I have prior experience with the clinic for a different reason and they are usually on the more pricey side.
