What is the “most optimal” city when it comes to multiracial cities?

What is the best possible combination of races?
I was thinking of doing a run with Cretonians to take care of the farming, Dondorians for crafting, Humans for research and Tilapis for woodcutting and army but I don’t know if it would actually work or it just wouldn’t be worth the effort
