Midwest pork roll.

I had a friend from Jersey. He told me there was this disgusting lumped breakfast meat. He made it sound so foul that when I found some at a deli I had to try it. Call it morbid curiosity. I think this stuff is delicious. The flavor is somewhere between bologna and genoa salami. Pairs well with 2 eggs, 2 cheddars, 2 hot sauces on a kaiser roll

Mayo would have been a nice addition. Still no regrets
