I mean, I get it, I can put something in the toilet and take it the next time I find this room. But why would I want to put anything in there? It's a secret room + it's pretty rare to come upon. Is it like for when I have too many items and I get rid of them? Otherwise I can't see any reason to put anything in there.

I've tried everything and this is literally impossible. I've made a super broken build and still died. I played Tony McZoom with 2x moving speed, enormous attack speed, 30+ projectiles, 1700+ hp and 200% of lifesteal (2 chonkplates included), 6 extra jumps with +50% damage while airborne. I was unlikable, I dealt millions of damage within seconds.

And yet I died only because of phase 3. I just don't know what to do. You have dozens of laser beams, 5+ balls shooting at you each second, projectiles on the ground that doesn't let you stand even for a second. All that at the same time. To destroy the pylons and kill the boss you have to stay in a small area but you can't because every second you get tons of damage from everything that shoots at you. You can't heal from lifesteal, you can't stay in place and you can't destroy the pylons because you have to stay in place. I tried running in circles around a pylon but then everything hits you; I tried hiding behind it from laser beams but then the balls attack you and you die immediately. I just don't know what to do.
