Lately i have been getting a lot of FPS problems. The display setting that limits fps just doesn't do anything anymore. No matter what i set it to my fps goes to 60 max. On top of that i have been getting random fps drops down to 20. The problem is recent. For like a year i have been comfortably been playing on 120 fps without drops. Has anyone else had this or could this be my PC telling me it's starting to have enough of my BS? I haven't changed any settings.

I'm trying to get all the achievements, and besides Hardcore one, I only need a lot of weapons to sacrifice to Telia (~51 weapons), and I'm only almost done with the 6th weapon (I only have P38 Dirk, Majordome, Wyatt PULSAR, Hell 'N' Back, and Warpig, and I work on Arbiter 2 now. I am missing CYB47 and Death's Toll (never saw them and don't have any of them, and I have at least one of each weapon in my church). Besides, I haven't gotten any Liberty Card or XP bonus stuff in a long time, and I got close to the 100h in game. Now, wanted to ask:
-Does enemies from other areas gives more XP? (I only play caves and barely Town tho)
-How do I get Liberty Card?
-Where/How do I unlock the other weapons (CYB47 and Death's Toll)??
And any other tips are welcomed!

Run was going so well, but then all guns decided to gave out and brake on fight with Lucia. I have been running in circles braking crates for like 20-30 minutes now with the hope that i can get a repair item out of it. So far - no luck.

And Lucia just flotes in a middle of the arena, unreachable for melee attacks. Sooooo, back to running i go i guess.

Its obvious in a game where you try to make the most broken thing imaginable, it would be challenging to make a difficult boss. But the >!santa one!< really got me.

I think a lot of that is because the challenge was more of about dodging attacks than dealing damage. Most of the boss structures are kinda the same: dodge stuff then a mini DPS check, but this boss was particularly hard because sometimes you had to hit them while they were moving quickly, or from far away in a sort of fog.

I found that challenge enjoyable enough to make it a more memorable fight and even though I annihilated them, I felt an actual sense of accomplishment compared to the final boss fight
