Joint pain

I recently was diagnosed at 35 with hypermobility after years of having to see chiropractors to keep everything in line. I am starting to experience more joint pain in my knees, elbow, and hands. I also am having more issues with my neck and hips. For some reason my left side is more effected than my right even though I am right hand dominant. My insurance goofed up and dropped me due to an error but I have to wait 30 days for an investigation right when this is becoming more severe. I am wondering what anyone else has done to help alleviate symptoms. When I try to work out I always end up injuring myself. I’ve tried turmeric and fish oil for inflammation also.

Best low budget espresso machine [200 and under]

*I get my beans ground at roaster and keep them in the freezer per the advice of said roaster so I will not be buying a grinder* I know some people will come at me for asking for a cheaper product but we all deserve to have decent espresso at home. I am also willing to buy used if something typically sits around my budget and is worth it. I prefer to just push a button and let the machine do the work, am trying to be as plastic free as possible. Holding tank is okay but am hoping to have something that isn’t made of plastic that hot liquid is flowing through. I have no skills making coffee but the $8 a latte is really doing me in. Please help 😭

Eye makeup and contouring tips

Hey! I’ve been trying to get more into actually wearing makeup when I’m out at events and what not lately but am really struggling with eyeliner and contouring. When I have the eyeliner arched more upward it looks very lumpy with my hooded eyes. I tried just following the angle of my eye like I saw from a tutorial but it makes me look more tired than I already naturally look. I’ve tried with and without eyeshadow. I also can’t seem to figure out proper contouring with my face shape+under chin or anyone that has the same bone structure plus hooded eyes like I do to know how to properly apply any of it 😭 it doesn’t help that my stylist cut my bangs and layers too short this time so I feel like my face looks almost too exposed so I’m way more self conscious currently especially because my keratosis is so much more visible without having hair where I typically hanging over my face. 😭😭
