Nicolai, uh, fell into the sea??

Last chapter of the elf campaign, hours later finally made it to the other side of the map and, um... Nicolai tried taking himself out, apparently.

Can't seem to access him in any way, tried the teleport spell, there are no ships. No idea how long has he been there since it's taken me several IRL hours to even get to this area. Is there anything I can do or am I just SOL??

Starting up in the Baltics - where are people getting their tools/materials?

I've been wanting to get back into linocut for a while now, but my prior experience is limited to classes and workshops. Trying to set everything up myself turned out to be a huge pain, I've been bashing my head against the wall trying to find the required accessories that also aren't prohibitively expensive (either by themselves or with the shipping cost) for something I want to do for fun. Most info out there that I can find focuses on US or UK stores, and those are just not an option for me.

If anyone here is from the Baltics or nearby, I'd really appreciate any pointers to decent sources of oil-based ink and tools! I wouldn't mind investing into a couple of higher-quality tools, but with those I imagine I should also be getting sharpening equipment? Honestly I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out what I need or could get without spending like 70 EUR on a fancy whetstone :')

I already made a questionable decision of picking up an Essdee kit, and naturally the v-shaped tool that I need for details seems to be a bit of a mess from the beginning.
