I think the black pin being out is the issue but it wont tighten down...idrk what to do, this printer stuff is odd

I have a pro v1 and v2 and new to printing and i have messed with settings and stuff for days and still have issues like overhangs. I print plaand have no idea what to do. Everything comes out wrong somehow and im just lost ans need guidence... also am having rhis sound and im paranoid on what to do.
