A recent Bitdefender update has caused it block quite a few drivers from MSI Center.
These are:
amifldrv64.sys
amigendrv64.sys
Mslo64.sys
Enelo64.sys

I cannot, unfortunately, get VS scans of Mslo64 and Enelo64.

Microsoft Edge 'Suspicious Connection Blocked' Spam when visiting Modrinth and other sparse sites

I was wondering if this was an advertising channel being mass-blocked or if something more is occurring.

Spotify dll marked as malware?

Hello! I installed the Spotify app via the official site and when attempting to open it, Windows Defender quarantines the DLL. (Fresh windows install of only an hour or two ago.) I would put the file into Total, however, I am having issues with connecting to my WiFi sustainably (Disabled WiFi after the first quarantine). It is 40 Mb in size. I am overall unsure, as this seems to also be Defender's Machine Learning striking it.

(UPDATE): VirusTotal Links for anyone wondering: Setup Installer: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/e865f378e587de84cc26caa5f48ffd4dc74e4e20613cddbc24b5e2f03bdfc70b

Was Malwarebytes updated to detect any files regarding the older notepad++ hack?

Hello!

I understand this was a highly targeted incident, but I am a very paranoid individual. I searched for any files that may have been in %appdata% (I found none) associated with it. I also used Sysinternal Suite to see if I could anything out of the ordinary, which came back as nothing.

I suppose this is more of a general question, too, but since there were no related directories does that mean I'm all good?

I apologize if this is an idiotic question, but since I had updated Notepad++ in august 2025 and again I am a massively paranoid person, im just wondering.

Thank you!
