Image of the roof seam repair.

Here are the images of each side of my roof rail repair. You can see how now the sealer/welds are closer to the rear of the cab. Both sides were previously a few inches further away and not as clear. Job took several visits and was finally repaired under factory warranty. They outsourced the repair to a local body shop, they broke the brackets for the rear window so dealer installed a new replacement. The entire process from first visit to final completion about 2 months, 3 initial visits then the repair then the repair of the repair.

OSINT

Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) are tools that some with “unique” skills have and assist their communities on information not advertised by their elected officials or law enforcement agencies. One good source to determine what surveillance equipment and or resources have been acquired is the following resource:

First data center location

The following facts provide the location of the first data center location which will be located by the new hydrogen plant that will have pipelines to both Corpus and Brownsville (space x). The data center will be across the plant. The key requirement is the Salt Dome, there are two more salt domes in Webb county as per the USGS maps. This will resolve the power requirements the data centers require. It does not resolve the water issues. Again, this first data center and will be located in Duval County not Webb county and not rely on any of Laredo’s resources. That’s not to say future data centers will not be considered within Webb county.

Facts regarding Flock abuse.

Because the flock surveillance data collected belongs to Flock and not the local police departments anyone with access to the data can search it and use it. Flock does not do Ai facial recognition, the company they sell access to does. Flock does not track anyone, those who have access to it do. Our own city contact states that the video feeds are configured for:

“Video Feeds
• Configure up to 7500 of video feeds within Flock OS package
Flock Wireless Video Kits
• Configure 40 Wireless Video Kits facilitate public/private partnership
• Enable Live view and Replay on all video feeds. Flock Safety Wireless Video Kit
includes 14 days on edge storage.”

The “Condor” video cameras are the PTZ(Pan, Tilt & Zoom) ones and these are located on traffic light poles along McPherson/International, Shiloh/International are a few, distinguishable by their dome shapes and corresponding Solar panels. Flocks “public/private” partnerships have access to these video feeds and our local police have zero control over the data. Again ZERO! The abuses are well documented by facts on the link, this is not “misinformation” it is backed up by facts. Facts are the city’s contract, the flock documentation and the documented abuses. The local police is not the entity responsible for answering questions, it’s the council and its legal department. They reviewed the contract, advised council and your city council member approved it. Police use it as a tool, but they don’t comprehend or reviewed who owns the data, they just want to keep you safe and that’s legit. But insurance companies want to track your driving habits (yes they have access), data brokers want to add data points to your profile (yes they have access) and certain entities want to learn more about you and your destinations. Remember, the cameras can’t tell who is good or bad, they track EVERYONE.

How to integrate Ai facial recognition with Flock surveillance.

Never ask if your local police gather the information because they don’t. They only facilitate the capture and storage of citizens movements. Our local police only access the software that captures and stores information they do not capture or manage any of it. The only options that our local police have is to access the available options and add and remove users who may have access to the software. Flock systems capture, collect and share the information with any other public or private entities (as per city contract). As seen on the above flock official statements they allow other entities access who can combine Ai facial recognition and other location and OSINT (open source intelligence) to analyze and identify individuals captured by the video. So when anyone blames or accuses the police of sharing the data with anyone, they don’t, flock does. Your city council granted all feeds from all city, county, school cameras to the Flock system. What flock does with that, they have no control of. That is the fact they cannot deny or deflect. So essentially, a citizen in Washington State can submit a FOIA (Freedom of information act) request the data of any local government official vehicle plate who may have a fuel stipend (tax payer funded fuel card) for the past 30 days. The local PD would not have any knowledge of this because the FIOA was not done in their jurisdiction and will be unable to review it. So yes, if you want to know how local officials are using their fuel stipends on their personal vehicles, a FOIA will provide you their driving history.

“We dont share citizens data.”

During the recent council meeting the council was told that LPD does not share any of the data the system captures on a daily basis. The council was assured that no Flock LPR (License Plate Reader) data is shared. Well according to the City of Laredo contract, they do. The data does not belong to the city, it belongs to Flock. The City based on said contract does not own any of the data collected, they have access to it but do not own it. The contract states they are users only. And the City, County, Schools just transferred their regular cameras (7500) throughout the city to Flock as well. The contract shows the facts, not conspiracy theories. So many more “questionable” statements were made that clearly challenged the integrity of the city’s staff statements. When you deceive the council and the public things can get complicated very fast. “sending Flock LPR data to Axon”. Page 2 has where they clearly state on the contract that it’s available for “public/private” entities.

SignalTrace coming

The local PD has not been informed on this but it’s the next stage in the Flock mass surveillance initiative your tax dollars are currently paying for. Flock’s License Plate Readers and Ai facial tracking systems can now be combined with “SignalTrace”. Now you can see who is in the vehicle including passengers who have mobile devices just like hackers use to extract data from law enforcement when they wear their personal electronic devices. Here are the facts regarding what is coming.

New 500,000 acre Data Center and Hydrogen facility in Webb county.

The area is south of hwy 44, north of hwy 59 near the Duvall county border. Obviously one family owns that land and it’s situated there due to the salt dome required to produce the hydrogen energy. The process requires insane amounts of clean water. I believe it’s too far to pipe in from the city of laredo unless the brides are enough to make it so. Corpus already losing all its water due to the data centers built there. Will any nearby aquifer be enough? If you ask your “Ai” assistant to map the location of the proposed hydrogen plant you’ll see the location. There is no denying which family owns said land, so there is no stopping it now. As for jobs, plenty during the construction, once it’s done, you need less than 10 people to be physically on site to operate and maintain. 2 of the 10 people must be educated professionals. If you believe you have the experience to manage over 300,000 endpoints and can demonstrate said experience yes you may have a job. Hint, no laredo education, city or state IT personnel have said experience or qualifications so most probably, chad or brad will be brought in as the qualified professionals. This post was made simply to inform, objecting to it here won’t help. If you plan to speak against said development at Webb county meetings, please be prepared with facts, not just opinions. Unlike the inherent nature of the justice system being based on subjective opinions, bring concrete scientific evidence to the meetings where they can’t deny it or subject it to any laws.
