I currently have a 2009 trailblazer (LAST PHOTO!) 4.2 4x4 w/ 170k that’s lifted. Absolutely no issues and has had really, really good maintenance history. I don’t mean to bluff but it’s probably the cleanest one considering mileage on the east coast. I posted it on marketplace to possibly see offers and this guy messaged me about his 2007 titan.

Here’s everything he’s said is done to it:

Powertrain

- Engine replaced — replacement 5.6L V8 had 68,000 miles at installation
- Replacement engine resealed before installation
-New spark plugs
-New ignition coils
-New valve covers
-New belt tensioner
-New serpentine belt
-New water pump
-New engine mounts
-New transmission mount
-Transmission service performed during engine swap
-OEM Nissan transmission fluid installed

Honestly I’ve been trying to get into a full size truck since they have better aftermarket support. I was looking at 99-06 GM trucks/suvs and older fords, etc. Not really any Nissans but this one caught my eye. At first I thought it was pretty ugly (sorry) but it’s kinda sorta growing on me a tad.

Should I do it? The only thing pushing me away is it still has 270k miles, and I’m unsure how reliable these are to begin with (I’m not familiar with Nissan). I know the service history on my blazer from when it was new. I was told “if you had cash would you buy that truck” and I said no, I was told not to trade then but I’m indecisive.

Just picked this up last week and just broke 100k miles. It’s a 2020 Pro4x. 9speed Automatic with the Gasser. Doing brakes and a once over on it tmrw like a trans service and adding in the suggested additive. Previous owner installed a borla , wheels and tires. So far a lot of truck for the price. Ended up paying 27k out the door here in Texas. Not bad for how much truck you get at this price. My only complaint is the throttle delay but been talking to Uprev and that’s a simple tune and $1k away from being much much better. Any input is appreciated!

There is a high pitched metal on metal sound coming from my front left wheel when I turn left.

Does anyone have or know where to find a used driver side rear molding? Mine has broken off and is about to come off

It looks like my M6x22mm fasteners at the back of the skid plate were overtightened and stripped the female threads. I can't find whether there is a U-nut on the backside or if it is tapped directly into the subframe from the parts diagrams. Does anyone have experience with this or a part number I can order from Nissan?
