Hello, I am struggling a lot with credit card debt and am stuck only being able to make the minimum payment, and I am thinking about a debt relief program or Chapter 7 bankruptcy

My current debts are:

Discover: $8,700

Citi: $2,900

USAA: $3,330

Upgrade Loan: $1,700

I couldn't find the APR on the cards, sorry. I'm making $16 an hour while living alone with $1,080 in rent. Not to mention other bills like electricity, phone, WIFI, gas, and groceries. I'm looking for a better-paying job and/or a second job to help out. Ideally, I'd like to make more money and pay it off myself, but that seems unlikely. I've also made some eBay listings. This is the worst I've been financially, and it's stressing me out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S22, and while it has served me well, I'm in need of an upgrade and might bite the bullet on the Pixel 10 since it's currently on sale at Best Buy. Would this be a good upgrade? I rarely play any games on my phone, and not really a heavy user either. I mostly care about the camera and overall efficiency; my S22 is so slow now that I literally have to wait for the phone app to open or the gallery to load photos, etc.
