How many times do you lie in a day?
Been lying so much lately even in the simplest of things. Should I be concerned or adapt to it as normal?

I'm looking for recommendations on a reliable URL shortener service.
Required details:
Monthly budget: $15–25/month
Users location: Mostly US + some EU traffic
Use case: Tracking outbound links for small client marketing campaigns
Current setup: I manage a few small client sites. I have Linux/VPS experience but prefer not to self-host another service just for link shortening (already managing enough infrastructure)
Bitly removed monthly billing (yearly only now). Dub.co used up my free links fast and support was unresponsive. Their $30/month plan feels high for my needs.
I’ve looked at Linkly (seems to have proper monthly billing and decent analytics), but I wanted real-world opinions from people who manage infrastructure before committing. I considered self-hosting YOURLS but don’t want the extra maintenance and security overhead.
What are people using in 2026 that actually has proper monthly billing, good analytics, and custom domains? Any recommendations or key trade-offs I should know about?
Thanks!
I have been assigned to a small pueblo in Galicia and missed EOI enrollment (still in the US July). Tried signing up online last week and I got waitlisted. My coordinator told me I really need Spanish to function here, and she is right, I can barely order coffee right now without pointing it. I am looking for an intensive Spanish course ASAP. My town has nothing so the nearest city is 45 minutes by bus. I saw Linguaschools offers intensive 20 hour courses with accommodation in several cities, but not sure if that is realistic on an auxiliary budget. Has anyone skipped EOI and gone with a private language school instead? How much did you end up paying and did you commute or stay in the city for that course? I need to reach at least conversational level by January or this year is going to be tough. My school expects me to understand staff meetings in Spanish even though I am an English teacher. Also open to any CEPA or free or low costs options in Galicia that might still accept people. Thanks in advance!
