Help with concealed carry

I need a recommendation for how to carry for a women who wears clothes like this. I have tried holsters and they do not stay with these clothes and gym clothes which is my everyday clothes. I had a really big scare today and need to start carrying everyday but clothes have always prevented me.

Quick review of burn bootcamp as someone who switched gyms

I wanted to give a quick review of Burn Boot Camp after being there for about a year. I honestly think it’s amazing for the community aspect and motivation. The trainers and members are super supportive and it definitely helped me stay consistent.

But personally, my body changed more in about 6 months of traditional strength training and doing cardio on the side than it did my entire year at Burn. I think a lot of people feel stuck because the workouts feel SO intense that you think you’re burning way more calories than you actually are, and then you end up starving after the workouts. That was definitely my experience.

Once I switched to lifting weights with lighter cardio, I wasn’t nearly as hungry all the time and I saw way better changes in my overall body composition.

I still think Burn is great for building consistency, confidence, and having a strong community around you. I just personally don’t think it’s the best workout style for changing your overall physique long term. I just wanted to post this in case anyone was feeling stuck or feeling the way I felt there.
