International calling pack are easy to turn on but not so easy to see if they are still active and remove them… any one else find this annoying?

Is XERO support any good? Recently moved to MYOB online and their support is atrocious.
I had about 6 hours waiting to get through, then scheduled another call back for today and an hours past that I still have no call. I was 3 hours from the front of the queue for about 3 hours the first day I called.
Feels like support from the stone ages. You can add a case but that seems to be about it.
- Can’t add screenshots to the cases
- can not add new info to a case
- Online chat is a joke as that keeps you on hold as well.
- No option to call back
- if you are overseas then maybe a WhatsApp / WeChat option would be nice
What do the big firms do, surely you don’t have to put up with this nonsense like us little people?
