I see only negative posts about it so thought I'd share a more positive one. We haven't had any issues. Haven't experienced any reception issues yet at least. But she haven't dropped it yet so haven't had a reason to test that further lol.

A few things I'm missing tho

- more reflective collar options like rogz reflectocat

- a slightly smaller collar, it's just a bit too loose on my lil girl

- a ring in the collar to attach tags

Edit to add we are also missing the bell, added her old bell but it already fell off lol

Love the tracker itself. The better light and slightly better sound is hopefully gonna make it easier to find when she do drop it. Battery is lasting longer as well!

My favorite feature tho.. I can see her white chest spot now 😻
