They've been doing this for weeks but today it's been none stop.

I keeping getting a shock from the microwave, dishwasher and drum of the washing machine.

Im having work done in my living room so there is a break in the earth. Idk if I have a ring or a radial circuit.

My theory for now is that when washing clothes the electric motors are inducing volts onto the surrounding metal work and since the earth is broken it isnt being discharged.

Does this sound plausible? Is there any real danger?
