I am new to fishing and my son and I are learning the ropes. We will go in fair weather and are working our way up to bigger carp.

I found these bite alarms on Vinted and feel like I was sold a bit of a dud. There are 2 alarms and a receiver but only one of the alarms has the connector to attach to a bank stick / pod. Seems like they are magnetic and specific to ND who it turns out, are no more this year.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with these in order to hook it up and get it working so we can use 2 rods?
