Hi! New player player here

So I’ve explored a bit Sylva, then went to desolo for wolframite. And after went to Glacio for Iron.

What am I supposed to do when I need materials from various planets? Should I spend Solid-Fuel Thrusters just to get that specific material? Just carrying like 8 irons in my backpack?

Is there a more efficient way to get materials from the other planets than carrying them in the backpack?
