Sukeban Deka is a manga series written by Shinji Wada. It was serialized in the Hana to Yume magazine from 1976 to 1982, comprising 24 volumes.
It centers on Saki Asamiya, a high school delinquent who strikes a deal with the police to investigate her former high school and bust illegal gang activities, in exchange for her mother's pardon to not get the death penalty. Armed with a metal yo-yo, she fights the Mizuchi sisters, who control the school
In 1985, after the manga series concluded, it was adapted into a television drama produced by Toei, starring Yuki Saito. The live action series is the most recognized adaptation of the manga but a two-episode OVA was released in 1991 adapting the first three volumes of the manga.

In my opinion, this is a really complete OVA with enough material to pique your interest in the franchise. With its strongest point being the action. I love that the character designs have also remained so faithful to the manga's 70s style
It's definitely something you should check out if you're interested in action or fighting anime girls in long skirts
