Hi everyone, I have a 2000 with 189,000 miles that I daily drive. Lately I’ve been noticing a droning noise / low hum that kicks in when I let off the gas and coasting.
Ever since I started brining my chicken breasts, it’s all I can think about! But I’m looking to fine tune the ratios.
Right now I am doing 30 minutes in 4 cups of water and 1/4 iodized salt- it’s a bit salty, so I’m looking to reduce a little bit.
I’m struggling to get my chicken covered and perhaps need a better container. I could double to 8 cups but I hate to use almost half a cup of salt on one meal.
If I were to up the brine time to 2 hours or more, could could I cut the salt by a lot?
I’m thinking 8 cups, 1/4 cup salt, 2 hours?
I like being able to quickly swap to the news and popular section by swiping left and right but every now and then it looks like Reddit just gets rid of it? I noticed it’s gone today.
It’s annoying because I don’t want to dig around in menus to change pages!
