lymphatic protection surgery

I would like to ask if anyone has undergone immediate lymphatic reconstruction surgery? Could you share your experience? I've heard of a procedure called LYMPHA, and also another one called ARM. Are those standard procedure recommended by default? Would these be suitable for patient with cT2 ? Thanks so much.

How to handle our 4‑year‑old’s social life while protecting my wife on chemo?

a naive question pls, but I’d love some advice. Our 4-year-old is in kindergarten and playing with other children all the time. Meanwhile, the rest of the family is being very careful—masking up and staying out of crowded spaces—to prevent exposing my wife to germs while she's on chemotherapy. We're just not sure how to handle our kid in this situation. Does anyone have tips? thanks so much

shall I consider GnRH?

For TNBC patients, is it common to use a GnRH agonist (e.g., goserelin) to preserve ovarian function during chemo? What is the age cutoff or age range for considering this approach in practice? Any side effects? Thank you

when to start using G-CSF?

My wife currently in the 4th week of K522 regimen (pembrolizumab, carboplatin, and paclitaxel). The absolute neutrophil count has fallen to 1.4 × 10⁹/L, and I am worried about the risk of infection and whether this might affect the upcoming treatment. when shall we consider to start G-CSF? Thanks a lot.
