Question about rendering

So after installing the latest update 469e I seem to have rendering issues. I downgraded back to version 469d but the issues persists. I’m on an old MacBook Pro with an intel chip.
When I toggle Hi-res textures, they correct themselves, only to turn buggy 2 seconds later.
Anyone any clue?
