Inherited some sort of Belgian Revolver.
Received a revolver I'm trying to identify. It has a proof mark with ELG and a star in an oval. Beneath that there's a G with a crown. There is also a capital H stamped on the barrel and what I assume is a serial number 9352. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
