My B12 Was Always 1000-1100, So High, Then....

It rapidly dropped to 350. Would this be considered a B12 deficiency? I'm in the United States and I've been bedridden for over a year with horrifying symptoms. I had to quit my job, put off graduate school, and my daughter put off going to University, so that she could help me out, because it's just her and I. I'm not as bad as I was before, however, I'm still not functional. I also have low ferritin (9) low hemoglobin (10.9) iron (45) Iron saturation (11%) and Vitamin D (16). My B12 has not been flagged, however, I looked at blood results from 2024 and prior, and my B12 was always high, my doctor ran more blood work a few months ago and that's when I noticed the B12. I'm wondering if I'm headed toward a deficiency in B12 as well?

I Can't Take This Anymore

It's now been a year since my body and brain completely broke down, I have symptoms so severe and terrifying that I can't even describe them.I had to quit a job I loved, I've been bedridden, been to the ER over 100 times, and the only thing that was found was a vitamin d deficiency (16) low ferritin (9) Iron saturation (13%) hemoglobin (10.9) I've been taking supplements for an month now and I feel even worse, I asked my doctor to refer me for IV infusions, or send a referral for hematology, she never responded back to me. Doctors have no interest in helping me, they give me attitude and rush me out of appointments, so there's nothing left for me to do, there's no help for me, and no getting better, I can't keep living like this. I don't feel human, I'm fatigued and tried nonstop, all day everyday, I can't sleep, I wake up constantly feeling horrible, so I get maybe 1 to 2 hours of sleep, I'm in a constant state of impending doom, I can't do this anymore, there's no life left to live. I just wanted to come on here and say thank you to those who have responded to my previous post, since the start of all this, i had no one to turn to. However, you guys on here gave me hope for a moment. Nevertheless, now I know there is no hope for me. I wish you all well, goodbye.

Amazon Refuse To Pay Me

On July 4th, I accepted a block from 4:30 p.m-9:00 p.m.

I showed up to the location and began the check-in process, only to discover that the warehouse was closed. I contacted customer support while still there, they said I will get paid, but that I had to wait 15 minutes before leaving the warehouse. I took a picture and a video and now they're saying that they're not going to pay me anything for showing up to pick up the block. Why would the customer care representative tell me I would be compensated, now I'm being told that I won't be?. Has this happened to anyone else?

Update !!!

I took the advice of one of the commenters, and sent one last email, less than 2 minutes later I received the email letting me know that I've been paid. So I was supposed to be paid👍

Do/Did you Guys Take Co-Factors?

Hey guys

Ferritin 9

Hemoglobin 10.5

Iron saturation 13%

I just started taking Iron, although I prefer infusions. My doctor told me to not take the iron without folate, and vitamin C, she said the iron is useless without those two co-factors. However, I feel horrible when I take them. Do you guys take co-factors? were you able to get your ferritin up with just the iron supplements?

This Can't Be Normal, I've Been Bedridden For Almost A Year

It started in July of 2025 with panic attacks like I've never had before. I have not been the same since, at first I was on FMLA from work, but ultimately had to resign because I was not able to return. I can't even describe some of the horrifying symptoms I had and currently have, I'm fatigued 24/7, can't get on a sleep schedule, sleep is non- restorative, my brain feels so strange I can't even explain it. If I'm not at a doctor's appointment for myself or my daughter I'm in bed. I can't function I don't feel human, is this normal? blood work was recently done and it shows the following results. Will labs like this cause such a horrific mind, body, life altering experience?

Doctor Said That She's Not Concerned

Ferritin of 9 ng/mL

13% Saturation

MCH (25.2 pg)

MCHC (30.4 g/dL)

Hemoglobin of 11.4 g/dL,

I've been bedridden for almost a year, my life has completely fallen apart, been in and out of the ER to many specialists and no one will help me. I can't even describe how I'm feeling, it's so horrible. I recently had blood work and my doctor said that she's not concerned with everything that was flagged red. I'm hoping that some of you may be able to give your opinion, or share if you too had similar results, and if so how did you get better?
