Really need help with acknowledging what to improve on

Hi! So I haven’t really sang a lot in my childhood due to some trauma I’ve had when I was left out at a competition and after that I abandoned the whole idea but for the last 2 years I’ve been slowly coming back to it

So It’d be really nice if someone could tell me what’s wrong here - I normally sing songs like those and I absolutely HATE my voice in all ways so I’d like for someone else to say if it’s actually that bad..

Id you want you can really roast me, I really want to improve and will appreciate helpful criticism

Also I sang this in my bathroom so the sound may be odd for the good or bad

Whenever I try to sing in my choir I’m really off-pitch and can’t hold notes so I wanna know if that’s the case here too

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

So recently I've been pretty confident in my singing cause I've recorded myself singing some songs like I like, mostly from the rock and pop genre and I actually think I sounded great despite me hating my voice most the time. Today I went to my school choir practice which I've been attending for not long, we sang some church-like songs and I am pretty sure I was off pitch while singing them.. so after I went home I tried to sing and record myself again just to see if what I sang at choir was decent and honestly? This is the worst I've ever sounded, I don't know why but it feels like I just ruined all of my singing progress today and I have no idea why that is.

For quite some time I tried to improve on my own trying to find my voice and trying to learn how to support my breath. I always have issues when singing louder though, when I sing to myself without thinking about the volume it's fine but the second someone tells me to sing louder I just cant do it and when I try it's really bad

Today my voice sounded really breathy, off-pitch and more like strained moaning than singing but a few days ago it sounded WAY better, i dont know what happened
