Following on from my previous post in 2023: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sudbury/comments/13wu8az/cheapest_1topping_large_pizza/

What pizza joint in the city offers the cheapest 1-topping large pizza for pickup? Let me know what other locations I should add to this list for comparison. I have left off most 'premium' locations, but can add them if there's interest.

$11.59 for Pizza Pizza - 5% increase from 2023

$12.99 for Costco (this is easily an extra large, not a large) - 0% increase from 2023

$12.99 for Domino's (you get two toppings) - 18% increase from 2023, but you get an extra topping

$12.99 for 2-4-1 Pizza (you get two toppings) - No historical data

Sanity check at 35

Hi y'all; I think I'm on the right path, but I just wanted a quick sanity check from you experts.

Household: 35m, 34f, 3f, 1m, maybe another one down the road

35m: $82000 annual income with annual raise (union)
34f: $75000 annual income with annual raise (different union)

35m: $52000 in RRSP and $2000 in TFSA
34f: $5000 in TFSA

35m: defined benefit plan w/ estimate of $2900 monthly at age 56
34f: defined benefit plan w/ estimate of $3100 monthly at age 55 (more pensionable service)

3f: $22000 projected RESP
1m: $19000 projected RESP
Likely to increase these a bit once Car2 is paid off

Assets/Liabilities:
House bought in 2017; $170000 mortgage remaining. Likely worth almost double now what we paid for in 2017. Might move house in the next 1-5 years, though.
2nd Mortgage: $49000 remaining, will be paid off in 9 years.
Car1: Used; Recently paid off, saving $50 biweekly for repairs
Car2: New; $20000 remaining on finance, will be paid off in 2 years then saving for repairs
Credit line: $2000 owing
Savings: $1600 in small e-savings accounts

Canadian Retirement Income Calculator estimates my combined financial data at around $60000 annual from 56 to 95. Any thoughts or areas where I need to increase my focus? Thanks in advance!!!

EDIT: Added additional detail to the house, added Savings.
