Query regarding fetching college marksheets on Digilocker

Hi everyone,

I have applied for APS certificate, but I am still not able to fetch marksheets on Digilocker from my university after trying all the combinations of entering Semester and Year. Now, can I manually upload my marksheets on Digilocker to solve this problem?
