Found this bad boy growing at my job, decided to bring it home and pot it.
Need tips on styling and how long should I wait before even trying to prune it.

Has anyone ever attempted to turn a willow into a bonsai? What can I do here?

Will my samplings grow more branches further down the stem. I transplanted these from 2 qtr containers into this bigger pot. I did trim them and so far I’ve only gotten leaves and branches at the very top.

I have a few more still on the grown which I plan to leave there to see how much quicker they will grow

Anyone ever tried to bonsai a Japanese andromeda? The trunk is what made me buy it, $12.98 seemed like a good deal

Can anyone tell me what is causing these spots and the white spots
