Everyone knows about the man-made hills on Hudayriyat, and most people know another one is being built there too. But has anyone noticed the huge hill that's appeared out in Um Yifeenah?

I drive past it every now and then and it's hard to miss. For a city that's basically flat, seeing a giant hill suddenly appear in the distance is pretty unusual.
What's strange is that I can't find anyone talking about it. No articles, no discussions, nothing.
Does anyone know what it's for? Is it part of some future development or has it just gone completely under the radar?
Curious if anyone else has noticed it or knows what's going on there.
